Returns & refunds

In the event that our Planhorse branded products do not meet our strict technical specifications and / or features / benefits as described in our on line store, our customers are entitled to return the product (s ) for up to 30 days after purchase based on the following procedure / conditions :

1. Send an email to sales@planhorse.com with the reason and item(s) to be returned.
2. an RGA number ( Return Goods Authorization )  and return delivery address will be provided
3. The product(s) to be returned need to be in its original packaging, safe and securely repacked for a return shipment
4. The cost of return shipping is at the expense of the sender
5. After a positive assessment, the refund of the returned  item( s ) will be processed within 7 days less a 30% re-stocking fee
